ASC’s offices are spread nationwide with branches located in all major cities of Australia. Our clients come from all sorts of industries such as mining, warehouse and transport, food handling, material handling and raw materials industries, and include the likes of BHP Billiton, Qantas, Goodman Fielder, TNT and Direct Freight Express. Our walk-behind and ride-on floor sweepers and scrubbers are suitable for any commercial and industrial cleaning requirements, including mines, construction sites, schools, hospitality venues, factories and warehouses, retail and shopping malls, hospitals and public spaces.
In 2017 ASC moved to its custom-built head office in the fast-growing suburb of Rouse Hill in North- West Sydney. The space is now a base for the company and an 8000sqm warehousing and office complex. The facility is fitted with a multi-million dollar centralised parts replacement system – that is able to carry a large volume of moving parts and spares to maintain a regular supply chain system for its countrywide regional warehouses.
Now the company is paving its way through the commercial cleaning industry, keeping it’s focus on the car park cleaning segment with its latest launch. A large rider sweeper machine designed to clean large outdoor spaces. “The industry is demanding a low maintenance solution to what is currently a high maintenance problem,” said ASC founder, Tony Bilos. “We haven’t considered this market before, but we are now. We have a premium offering that we think will be loved by the whole sector because car park cleaning and maintenance is a massive problem faced by contractors.” “Our ASC Eureka M8 is highly manoeuvrable and can beat speed bumps, humps and other obstacles, which to date have been impossible drive-over.” said Bilos, adding the industry needs to understand the importance and go for premium products and move from price-based purchasing decisions. “The cleaning industry, across all product categories, is a saturated market, and unfortunately it doesn’t place as much as value as it should on its products and services.
The European market is already realising value of purchasing premium products and its quality, moving away from just a price-point based machines, and that shift needs to happen here. We have a premium offering, but the industry must be willing to pay to reap the long-term benefits.
