ASC is proud to offer high-quality and time-saving manufacturing industry cleaning equipment with clients including Kingspan Water in Melbourne and Queensland’s Heka Hoods.
One of our most popular products? The ASC MEP Eureka, also known as the Evo.
A walk-behind sweeper, the device is the first of its kind to have solo dust control which means it doesn’t blow or scatter debris – making the ASC MEP Eureka a piece of leading manufacturing plant cleaning equipment.
To demonstrate this, Heka Hoods, an awning system manufacturer based in Queensland, came to ASC for help finding a cleaning device.
The company’s challenge was tackling a large amount of dust building in the warehouse as a consequence of aluminium material production. Staff used vacuum cleaners to try to clear the debris but this was both costly and exhausting.
So we recommended that they try the ASC MEP. Since investing in the machine, the company has been able to trap dust gathering in the production area courtesy of its patented internal filter. Staff members were also impressed by how easy it is to clean the ASC MEP after use.
Another client who reaped the benefits of the device is Kingspan Water in Melbourne. The company required a cleaning device to tackle the enormous amount of dust blowing into their factory from construction work taking place outside.
We recommended that they invest in the ASC MEP sweeper which has since transformed the way in which they work. Staff members don’t need to spend more time cleaning manual brooms after use and can now focus on the task on hand.
