Arch Engineering Carbon & Blowing Dust Challenge

Client introduction

Based in the southern industrial sector of Bibra Lake is Arch Engineering. They Specialize in steel fabrication for the Mining, Process, Oil and Gas industries. With customers like BHP, Rio Tinto and FMG, they are well known in the fabrication sector.

The Challenge

Arch Engineering is a sister company to HD Plasma, who have purchased several sweepers from ASC Area Manager Ross Sheehan in recent years. Site manager, Bradley South, had borrowed these sweepers on several occasions and decided as they were doing a clean-up that they needed to buy their own machines.

They had a large open-air workshop.

Their issue was the local Fremantle winds blowing dust into their workshop.

They also had a carbon dust issue as well as rubber trye dust form their forklifts.

A quick and simple to use sweeper was needed

The Solution

Bradley was given Ross’s details from HD Plasma.

The ASC Eureka MEP was the chosen item thanks to its strong build, the battery free dust control and simple use.

The result

As this is a stocked item at the Wangara warehouse, Ross was able to process the order and deliver the Eureka MEP push sweeper to Arch Engineering on a Friday morning to help with the clean-up.
