Client Introduction

Shell Crossroads Crane brook is a newly developed Shell Service Station located in Cranbrook, NSW. It is a large concern with many tenants, including McDonald's on the site.

The Challenge

Crossroad’s Manager Mr. Robert Pincevic recently visited ASC headquarters looking for a floor- cleaning machine to cut the labour and cleaning time of his staff while maintaining the service station floors. His busy fuel station attracts hundreds of customers every day. Customers bring in debris and dirt into his store. Apart from selling high-grade fuel, the Shell Service Station sells a variety of fast foods and daily essentials. Hence, it’s very common for customers to drop coffee and food crumbs on the floor, which soils the vinyl floors leading to discoloration.

The Solution

Ron Pincevic invested in an ASC Eureka E 46 heavy-duty battery powered floor scrubber. While he had other options to buy cheaper machines, he knew he would always support ASC with spare parts and backup, which other brands could not guarantee. His staff were more than impressed with the machine once delivered. Using the ASC Eureka machine has reduced his cleaning time by 78%. What used to take six labour hours with a mop now takes 47 minutes using the ASC E 46. The floors are now clean, dry, safe, and his multi-million dollar Shell service station looks clean and pristine.
