Civilex is a leading Melbourne-based civil construction company that specialises in large civil projects throughout Victoria.

Their services include earthworks, road works, car parks, drainage works, landscaping, concrete paving and crushed rock/asphalt pavements.

Recently they took possession of an EX Fleet ASC Mach 6 sweeper for Newport facility.

Using the ASC Mach 6 has freed a lot of time manually sweeping their facility and made the whole facility dust free. Cement dust (Silicosis) is being targeted by Workcover Victoria as well as the EPA and this dust once airborne is can be dangerous to employees.

Silicosis is a form of occupational lung disease caused by inhalation of crystalline silica dust, and is marked by inflammation and scarring in the lungs.

Ken Pepyat (ASC Victoria Manager) recently commissioned the ex-fleet ASC Mach 6.
