ASC’s Machine Quality Amazes CIC Canberra’s Employees

City Industrial Cleaning (CIC Canberra) is Canberra’s largest commercial and industrial facilities maintenance company.

They specializes in industrial and commercial cleanups as well as maintenance facility services.  They employ hundreds of cleaners in the ACT area and the company only invest in premium equipment.

The Challenge

CIC Canberra is commissioned by Canberra’s largest developers like GEOCON to maintain their building sites while construction takes place. This is normally from the time the first bit of concrete gets poured to the time the project is finished and handed over to the client.

While building massive Hi Rise apartments and industrial complex’s is no easy fate, cleaning while constructing a building is also an incredibly complex task.

CIC in this case were commissioned to make sure the building site was free from airborne dust and debris.  It had to make sure that this building site was compliant with Canberra’s strict environmental & OH&S laws.

The Solution.

CIC invested in a dust free ASC Dulevo 120 sweeper and a ASC 7760 LPG heavy duty floor scrubber.

The Result.

Using both machines they were able to eliminate 100% of the debris on the ground a well as eliminating all the airborne dust while earthmoving and forklift traffic were operating. Not only were GEOCON extremely happy the sites cleanliness the employees were amazed by what ASC equipment was able to deliver for them for what was before an impossible task to do.
