Austwide WA – Out With The Old & In With The New

Client introduction:

Austwide Consumer Products are a large Australian owned company who have an enormous warehouse in Canning Vale, Perth.

ACP were the first Australian company to use a fully picture online website for customers to have a visual on hundreds of products.

The Challenge:

ACP have two large warehouses, side by side, with a covered dispatch area in between.

There are many forklifts operating at this site. Tyre dust and debris is a constant challenge.

Their existing sweeper had aged and it was no longer easy to find parts to repair it.

It was now parked up in the corner collecting spider webs and the premises now required a new machine.

ACP were looking for a long-term replacement.

ASC WA Area Manager Ross Sheehan presented the ASC Eureka M6 LPG sweeper to the company’s management and operators.

Ross took the opportunity to organise a demonstration of the ASC M6.

It performed very well, fitted into the aisles where pallets were stored and could cover the large concreted outside apron when needed.

The Solution:

ACP needed to compare the Eureka M6 to the market offerings, which they did.

The decision was made a lot easier as the ACP Board were familiar with both the quality and infrastructure support of the ASC product.

The result:

The ASC M6 LPG was ordered. It was pre delivered and installed a few days later.
