The Client

Avondale Foods, based in Orange, NSW, specialise in the manufacture of sliced, diced and pureed apple products to the food trade across Australia.

The company is a 5th generation family owned and operated orchard, manufacturing 100% local ingredients.

The Challenge

ASC’s Scott Campbell was contacted by the Avondale Foods management team, as they were in need of a heavy-duty scrubber for cleaning their large storage sheds.

They required the machine to scrub the floor clean of acidic apple residue, left on the floor in the processing cycle.

The company had previously invested in an ASC Eureka E50 scrubber to maintain their smaller areas, with great success.

The company’s decision to upgrade to a larger scrubber was made easy, due to their positive experience using ASC.

Scott Campbell’s recommendation was to purchase a larger, ASC Eureka heavy duty E 81 double brush walk behind scrubber.

The Result

ASC’s Nick Bilos delivered the machine to site and provided operator training to the maintenance crew.

Avondale Foods can now maintain their high hygiene standards and a clean environment in half the time, using the larger ASC floor scrubber.
