Bundaberg Sugar

The Client

Bundaberg Sugar’s Millaquin sugar mill is situated near the Burnett River, in Bundaberg, Queensland.

Sugarcane produced in the nearby areas is crushed and processed at the facility, to produce raw and refined sugar.

The Challenge

The company was looking for a fresh start when it came to cleaning their production floors. They had in use, an extremely unreliable sweeper scrubber and asked ASC what they could offer in the way of a large capacity and reliable machine.

The company had successfully used an ASC combo sweeper scrubber 9 years ago on a rental agreement and were keen on getting back to a system they knew worked.

The machine was required to scrub clean many production and packaging sheds. They required a simple, no nonsense machine that was easy to use and free from troublesome electronics.

It was recommended that they invest in two ASC model 7760 heavy duty sweeper scrubbers as the ultimate solution.

The Result

Two ASC model 7765 LPG sweeper / scrubbers ordered.

The machines were delivered to site by ASC Transportation and a proper hand over undertaken to the site employees.
