CMI Perth Doubles It’s ASC Machines

Client introduction:

CMI are a large Western Australian based company with three sites, Landsdale, Busselton, and Geraldton. They have over 30 years in association with the building industry and use popular brands of Colorbond materials in their sheet metal fabrication of roofing, roof trusses and fencing.

The Challenge:

Landsdale fabrication Manager Damo called passed ASC Wanagara Perth warehouse to purchase a main brush for his battery powered ASC Eureka Mach 1 sweeper.

While at the ASC warehouse, Damo saw the ASC MEP push sweeper and asked if they worked as he had a few Karcher push sweepers on his site.

They were not working.

ASC WA Area Manager Ross Sheehan explained the build quality of a ASC MEP to Damo; the steel frame, the strong build and the award-winning dust control system.

Damo asked if he could trial this MEP sweeper in his factory for a hour to see if it could pick up the steel dust.

Ross was able to deliver the Eureka MEP an hour later, he showed Damo best way to use the sweeper and arranged to return an hour later.

The Solution.

When Ross returned 1 hour later Damo had the PO ready to purchase the ASC Eureka MEP push sweeper as it had exceeded his expectations and not only collected the steel dust but all other debris in its path.

The result:

Ross delivered a new MEP sweeper a short time later and emailed through an electronic copy of the parts manual and maintenance checklist.

These two copies allow the operators to be able to keep the sweeper operating at its peak performance.
