CSR Says good bye to airborne gypsum dust

The Client

CSR Gyprock is located in Coopers Plains, QLD, and are Australia’s leading manufacturer of gypsum based products.  

CSR Gyprock offers a variety of products such as plasterboards and cornice, as well as compounds, adhesives, specialty plasters and associated finishing materials and accessories. 

The Challenge

The facility had a build-up of dust due to manufacturing in the facility. 

The challenge was to find a machine that could sweep large amounts of gypsum dust, without getting it airborne. 

CSR specified that the machine needed to be able to sweep in narrow corridors. 

The Solution.

The MEP was ordered as it is a small and reliable machine that can fit their requirements. 

CSR can now safely operate in a dust-free environment.
