The Client

Founded in 1999, Deicorp is a privately-owned Australian property development and construction group with expertise in residential, commercial and retail property. They are recognised as Sydney’s leading builder of modern, transport-connected developments.

The Challenge

Deicorp is building a large residential high rise in Rothchild Ave, Roseberry (Sydney).

The site is a very large building complex that needed dust free sweeping, while the slabs of concrete were being poured.

A dust free environment was mandated to keep their construction workers free from exposure to cement dust, as well as dust flying over to adjoining buildings.

The company were looking to invest in two, heavy duty, construction build manual sweepers.

They spoke to ASC’s Luke Skrinjaric, who recommended the ASC MEP sweeper, which is widely used as a go to toll for effective dust free sweeping in the building industry.

The Result

An order of two ASC MEP manual sweepers was placed with ASC’s Luke.
