The Client

Pinecliff is a company owned by the famous Freedman Racing Australia and is situated at Mt Eliza, in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

Freedman Racings Pinecliff facility is a premium race horse training facility.

The Pinecliff facility has outstanding training tracks; turf and all-weather, plus stables that house 40 to 45 horses.

The facility houses many high-quality horses and Melbourne cup winners.

The Challenge

Jack Evans from the Pinecliff facility contacted ASC’s Ken Pepyat, regarding the need for a large sweeper to clean up his very large horse training facility.

The sweeper would be required to sweep clean the training tracks and surrounding roadways.

The facility has a special sand blend that gets blown on the roadways and is hard to clean up.

Ken organised an onsite demonstration of the ASC Eureka M8, which proved successful.

The Result

Jack had tried many various brands of sweepers beforehand and decided to invest in the ASC Eureka M8 as the preferred sweeper for this site.

Not only did the machine do a great job but looked robust enough to ensure a very long lifespan.
