G & M Forklifts Unique Dust Issue

Client introduction:

G & M Forklifts are located in Bassendean, Perth and have been providing manual lifting solutions since 1993.

The Challenge:

G & M Forklifts have been purchasing sweepers and sweeper parts from ASC for over a decade. When a customer of G & M Forklifts presented a particular issue when sweeping, Graham Goddard contacted ASC’s WA Area Manager Ross Sheehan, to discuss the issue. The customer was a leading pigment producer, they have a warehouse in Kwinana and have a fine white powder like product that challenges all sweepers. Ross was able to gain access to the site with Graham, see the issue and present a couple of options.

The Solution:

Graham liked the simple operating functions of the Italian made ASC Eureka M3 battery sweeper.

It was manoeuvrable enough to turn at the end of the pallet racking but strong enough to sweep up the fine dust in the warehouse.

The patented ASC dust technology dust filter can handle the finer dust and lasts longer than dust filters from other brands.

The Result

G & M consulted the customer and an order was placed.

The client really liked the M3 for its size and especially liked the front foot protection plate.

Ross delivered the M3 to G & M Forklifts, where it had its reflective tape and fleet number added, prior to being trucked directly to Kwinana.
