The Client
The Gold Coast Performance Centre is a premier sporting facility located in Runaway Bay, on the northern Gold Coast. The sports performance centre is unrivalled as a destination for the community, athletes, sporting teams and school groups, allowing people to train, play and stay.
The Challenge
The GC Sports Complex is massive as far as sporting centres are concerned . The facility is used 15 hours per day 7 days a week.
It has a vast array of sporting facilities, including an Olympic size swimming pool, gymnasium, and gymnastics section.
There are many floor surfaces, including rubber matting, epoxy floors and non-slip rubber walkways. There are a host of canteens that have timber floors, as do the basketball courts.
The challenge was to figure out what the best machine was for the job.
The Result
ASC’s Queensland Manager, Nathaniel Prasad, was present to help the Centre with the right solution; the investment of an ASC Eureka E 51 floor scrubber.
