Hitachi Transport Takes on an ASC M1

Client Introduction

Hitachi Transport Systems are a freight forwarding division, and part of the Hitachi group.

They are located in a brand new facility in Erskine Park, NSW and freight all types of diapers and nappies for both young and old.

The Challenge

The company has a large Distribution Centre in Western Sydney.

The building is new, with a fresh and shiny floor.

While there is a high shine on the floor, the Hitachi facility gets quite dusty from continual stock and cargo movements.

Dust elimination was a major issue for the group, but the sheer volume of invisible dust, combined with a shiny floor, made it difficult for mobile equipment to operate on.

The Solution.

Knowing the ASC product customer referrals, Hitachi purchased a new ASC M1 battery sweeper that has a high volume dust filter, designed to collect high volumes of dust efficiently.
