Client Introduction

Hytek facades is a steel fabricator factory based in Crestmead, Queensland.

The Challenge

Hytec Management contacted ASC’s Rafael Rodrigues and wanted a solution to address their housekeeping issues as they expanded their facility. The company had a problem with aluminum shavings and dust, which generated airborne dust issues for them that they wanted to eliminate. A large amount of dust accumulated on benches, production machinery, equipment, and the floor due to this issue.

The Result

The ASC M3 was recommended for this application. The ride-on sweeper was demonstrated and proved how amazingly well it could clean their whole manufacturing area. The machine left a glossy shine on the floor as it swept. It did not leave any tyre marks on the newly painted area as it swept, which was a big concern from Hytek directors.
