The Client

Kapunda Tyre Service (previously Dunlop Kapunda) is a leading automotive tyre supplier and fitter, in the Barossa region ( Kapunda) South Australia.

The Challenge

Kapunda Tyre Service Owner, Matthew Harris, contacted ASC’s Adelaide based Luke Skrinjaric, to discuss a better way of cleaning his dusty tyre repair shop.

His challenge was to find a reliable sweeping solution to effectively sweep his workshop and parking areas, in a labour efficient manner.

His facility, while small, faces the cleaning challenge of sweeping up typical debris that is inherent in the tyre repair business.

The debris includes rocks, rubber dust as well as sharp objects like nails, screws, bolts, etc.

The Solution

After speaking to Luke Skrinjaric, Kapunda Tyre Service invested in an ASC MEP pedestrian dust-control sweeper, with inbuilt vacuum impeller and M-class dust-filter.
