Kingswood Cabinets Fine Timber Dust Challenge

The Client

Kingswood Cabinets is a family-owned business, based on the North side of Brisbane, in Narangba. Kingswood Cabinets supply and install the highest standard of quality cabinetry.

The Challenge

The company has a large manufacturing facility, that involves cutting and assembling kitchens. The challenge was to find a solution that would effectively sweep up fine timber dust.
They were looking for a better solution to sweeping their factory floors.
ASC’s Nathaniel Prasad consulted the company.
The company wanted to reduce labour time sweeping floors and reduce their airborne dust.
They also wanted to eliminate the use of push brooms.
The machine they were looking for had to be fit for purpose and have the ability to sweep very dusty floors inside the factory, as well as having the ability to sweep clean the driveways and carpark.

The Result

Kingswood Cabinets invested in a heavy duty, dust free ASC M3 ride on sweeper.
