Master Built Pools Manufacturing Facility Sweeper Requirements

The Client
Masterbuilt Pools are one of Australia’s leading fibreglass pool manufacturers and designers.
They design modern and functional pools. They are based in Braemar, 1 hour south of Sydney.
The Challenge
The company has a brand-new manufacturing facility. The management of the company wanted a new system of cleaning, which would ensure both high air quality and keep the spread of debris to a minimum.
The manufacturing areas had dust, resin and epoxy, all of which needed sweeping in one pass.
ASC’s Scott Campbell recommended the heavy duty ASC Eureka M3, which is used successfully in the most abrasive manufacturing applications throughout Australia.
The Result
Masterbuilt Pools researched the market and ultimately chose the ASC Eureka M3 heavy duty ride on sweeper, to maintain their 15,000sqm premises.
The machine would be used to maintain the factory, as well as keep the outer perimeters of the building free from dust and debris.
