Employees & Neighbours Say M.B. Pre-Fab’s Yard Has Never Looked Better After Using ASC Eureka M3

In 2018, M.B. Pre-Fab stands as a Geelong (VIC) icon when it comes to quality wall frames and roof truss systems.

The company started from humble beginnings in rented premises in Belmont (Vic) back in 1977.

In 2000 M.B. Pre-Fab set up in a purpose built factory across the road with the first fully computerized wall framing division of its kind in Australia, assuring that quality controls were met and prices remained competitive.

Doug Maxwell, Managing Director, recently invested in an ASC Eureka M3 sweeper to keep his facility clean. Producing wall trusses is a very messy business so keeping the factory clean required a lot of manpower prior to investing in the ASC Sweeper. Ken Pepyat, ASC Sales Manager for Vic/ SA and Tasmania recently delivered the new labour saving ASC M3 sweeper to Doug’s impressive Victorian facility.

Many in the Australian Football world know Doug’s son, Nick Maxwell, the former Collingwood Football Club Premiership Captain. Doug mentioned to Ken at ASC that that he has used the sweeper a lot in the last few weeks and received comments from workers and neighbours that his yard has never looked better!
