Metro Cemeteries Board WA Upgrades & Reinvests With ASC

The Client

Metro Cemeteries are the caretakers of Perth’s cemeteries.

The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board manages and maintains seven cemetery and memorial garden sites around Perth.

The Challenge

The Board had been using 3 x ASC M3 sweepers for the past 7 years without any issues. As their scope of work increased, they were looking to upgrade to a larger sweeper to cover their entire grounds.

ASC’s Ross Sheehan had been working with the Board for many years recommending ways they could save valuable labour time with larger machinery.

Ross suggested the ASC M6 Diesel sweeper as a great alternative to achieve their aims of greater road surface coverage.

With the larger ASC M6 sweeper, they would also benefit from a saving of approximately 70% of their labour time sweeping compared with using the older generation mid-sized ASC M3 sweepers.

The Result.

The Board stuck with Ross recommendation and invested in a new ASC M6 Diesel sweeper.

The boards ground maintenance machinery all run Kubota engines.

Given that the Eureka sweepers run the same engine as they were familiar with, their first hand reliability of the ASC Eureka brand, their decision was made quite easy as to which ASC product to invest in.
