Novus Precast Eradicates Cement Dust

The Client

Novus Precast specialises in manufacturing a wide range of concrete products, including conventional precast, bespoke precast, prestressed and APTUS precast elements.

Based in Toowoomba (QLD), they are a well-known and established business.

The Challenge

Novus Precast has a large concrete manufacturing operation and were looking to invest in a sweeper, to help eradicate the build-up of cement dust throughout their plant.

The sweeper was required to maintain three sections of their plant. The debris included concrete chips, metal filings and a large amount of thick cement powder.

The goal was to find a machine proven to work in this kind of heavy-duty environment. The machine was expected to sweep clean the debris and minimise airborne dust while sweeping.

The Result

Novus Precast purchased a diesel-powered Eureka M6 sweeper.
