Patty’s Hire Warehouse Cleaning Challenges

Client Introduction

Patti’s Hire is by far one of the most experienced event hire and marquee hire rental companies of its type in Australia.

Patti’s Hire specialise in marquee hire, event hire, party hire, festivals, field days, exhibition hire.

The Challenge

Patti’s occupies a warehouse of 15,000sqm internally and 7’500sqm externally.

The facility has ongoing incoming traffic entering the building which brings dirt and dust into the facility.

As forklifts move the stock to different locations within the parameters of the building a lot of tyre residue ends up on the floor making it difficult site to maintain.

They had for the past 14 years used the ASC Eureka M3 to sweep their facility.

The Solution

ASC’s NSW Area Manager Scott Campbell demonstrated the ASC Eureka Mach ASC Eureka Mach 5 EB and ASC Eureka Mach 6 EB to the Board.

After seeing and using the machines they decided to invest in the ASC M5 due to its ability to sweep narrow racked areas as well as the large opens spans.

It offered them greater dollar savings as well as a more efficient machine which would allow them to cover 97% of their floor area.
