Rackman Australia specialises in the supply of storage products, offering comprehensive services such as installation, relocation, and trade-ins.

With a dedicated team of over 40 full-time staff and qualified contractors, Rackman operates from two locations in Western Australia and South Australia, managing an operational area exceeding 15,000 m².

The Challenge

Rackman Australia faced a significant challenge in maintaining cleanliness and safety within its new warehouse.

The combination of dust buildup from forklifts and strong westerly winds led to frequent accumulation of debris, creating an unsafe work environment and complicating daily operations.

The Solution

To address this challenge, Rackman Australia invested in two ASC machines:

• ASC M3 for the Perth warehouse
• ASC M2 for the Adelaide warehouse

These machines were chosen for their efficiency in dust control and ease of operation, allowing for continuous cleaning without requiring extensive manual labour.

By investing in advanced cleaning technology, Rackman Australia successfully addressed a critical operational challenge.

The deployment of the ASC M3 and ASC M2 sweepers not only improved warehouse conditions but also enhanced overall efficiency and safety.
