RAMCO Precast specialise in high end architectural concrete precast products for the building, civil and landscaping industries. They are based in Lonsdale, SA.

The Challenge

Ramco Precast Manager, Bruce Shillabeer, contacted ASC’s South Australian Manager to discuss a better way of sweeping his Precast facility.

Bruce was looking to find an effective solution to keep his production areas clean, on a daily basis.

The machine Bruce wanted to invest in had to be able to operate in heavy cement dust environments, with minimum dust emissions.

It also needed to be manoeuvrable enough to cover areas around production workstations and around stored finished product.

Bruce also put emphasis on finding a machine that would require minimal daily and longer-term maintenance.

The Solution

Ramco invested in the Cement Industry proven, ASC EUREKA MACH 1 industrial dust control sweeper, with a built in, maintenance free, dust filter system.
