Shalom College Bundaberg QLD
Shalom College is an independent Catholic secondary school, located in Bundaberg Queensland, Australia. The college was established in 1984, by merging the Christian Brothers’ College for Boys and the Loyola College for Girls.
The College had an old sweeper that required replacing. The College’s maintenance crew went to market, to see what kind of sweepers were available on the market. There was a requirement for daily sweeping of walkways and playing fields. The College also run weekend market stalls that need sweeping, before and after the markets close. Being such a large school, the College has its own maintenance facility, so they needed a machine that was easy to maintain in house, eliminating costly aftermarket service.
The College invested in a diesel-powered ASC Eureka M5 sweeper.
