St Mary and St Mina Coptic Orthodox Cathedral

The Client

St Mary and St Mina Coptic Orthodox Cathedral is based in the Sydney suburb of Bexley and is one of the first Coptic Orthodox Churches outside of the Nile Valley.

The Church is also home to St Mary and St Mina’s Coptic Orthodox College .

The Challenge

The Church made inquiries with ASC’s Scott Campbell, to discuss a way to mechanise their cleaning regime.

They wanted to clean a food court and kitchen area, whilst at the same time, have the flexibility to scrub their indoor, vinyl football pitch clean.

Scott recommended the fully optioned ASC Eureka E 51 scrubber as the best tool to achieve their desired results.

After a successful demonstration, they purchased the machine to great effect.

They were not only able to reduce cleaning time by 91% but achieved near new finish on their floors, including the football surface.

To maximise their cleaning efforts, they also purchased an ASC Eureka MEP sweeper to clean their carpark areas free of leaves, glass, paper and sand.

The MEP sweeper would also be used to clean their Astro (Synthetic) grass surfaces, where traditional petrol blowers were used previously.
