The Client

STS Timber Wholesale Pty Ltd has grown rapidly to become one of the largest independent producers and distributors of treated and non-treated timber products in Australia.
They operate three treatment plants sites, located in Woori Yallock.
Their innovative treatment process allows for differing levels of preservation from weathering conditions and protection from attack by borers, termites and decay.

The Challenge

STS required a sweeper to sweep their extensive warehouse operations.

Their yard roads are all gravel and the dust of this gravel quickly coats their warehousing and drying concrete floors.

They required a heavy duty sweeper that was capable of sweeping large quantities of dust off their concrete floors.

ASC’s Ken Pepyat organised a demonstration of the ASC M6 sweeper, to prove how a heavy duty ASC M6 could sweep in very challenging conditions.

The Result

STS Timber purchased an ASC M6 Diesel powered sweeper.
