The Client
Operating with a fleet of over 30 laser cutting machines, three tube lasers, large format high-definition plasma cutting capabilities and turret punching machines. Unique Metals Laser offer a wide range of additional services, supported by 18 press brake folding machines, precision welding and full fabrication operations, spread over eight sites.
This makes Unique Metals Laser not only Australia’s largest and most advanced, but also a national steel processing service provider.
The Challenge
Unique Metals Laser looked into replacing an ageing, old, walk behind sweeper.
They had several other brands visit and demonstrate sweepers.
ASC were the last to demonstrate due to price. The challenge for the company was to invest in a long term, highly reliable sweeper.
The Result
The ASC M2 won their attention with quality dust filtration, over fancy electronics machines.
The ASC sweeper was delivered on a busy day.
The company asked not to photograph inside the facility, due to there being special machinery and laser equipment on site.
