The Client

Vic’s Restaurant is located in Sunbury (VIC) and is owned by Restaurant personality, Victor Scerri.

This is an eatery with uncompromising quality and affordability that’s firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of family, fine produce and wines and generosity of plate and spirit.

The establishment is a 110 seat restaurant with Alfresco dining.

The Challenge

Maintaining a large restaurant requires a lot of work.

Hand mopping and sweeping is a daily challenge in any highly frequented eatery.

Owner Vic Scerri reached out to ASC’s Ken Pepyat, seeking advice on ways to reduce the time required to clean his restaurant floor.

Vic wanted a quality built machine that would not only clean the floor but be reliable and easy to carry out daily maintenance in house.

Ken suggested the ASC Eureka E 36 as the best tool for the job.
