Viridian Glass takes delivery of a ASC M3

Viridian Glass are the leading processor of residential and architectural glass in Australia, and remain 100% Australian owned and operated.

The Challenge

Viridians head office in Ingleburn manufacture glass in their 15,000sqm facility.

Their manufacturing operations create over 2 tonnes of waste glass daily.

The very real problem they asked ASC to overcome was to address their waste issues they experienced in the process of the glass disposal.

Their existing system of glass disposal created the problem of spilling glass over the ground next to their recycle bins causing OH&S concerns.

The Solution

Scott Campbell demonstrated ASC’s Mach 3 to prove how effective this sweeper was at picking up larger blades of glass.

Following a quick 10 minute demonstration the floors were perfectly swept without any airborne dust.

Both staff and management were shocked at how clean their facility was within minutes.

An order was placed.

The handover took place during COVID-19 restrictions.

The Mach 3 is so easy to use even the production line managers took the opportunity to use the sweeper and help the factory maintain clean floors.
