The Challenge

The company has a massive facility in the Melbourne suburb of Derrimut.

As an existing ASC user, they required a floor solution that would keep their sealed floor clean, dust free and glossy.

ASC’s Giovanni Angelone consulted the group and suggested that they invest in the heavy duty, yet extremely manoeuvrable, ASC Eureka E 100 electric powered floor scrubber.

The machine selection criteria was set.

The machine had to be simple to use, as they had multiple operators, over a 3-shift operation.

The company really cared about operator comfort too, while floor scrubbing. The drive train had to be smooth and extremely comfortable in the sitting position, as the machine would be used for 3 hours per shift.

The machine also had to be easy to use with a learning curve of no more than 45 seconds.

The Result

After Giovanni demonstrated the proven ease of use and effectiveness of the ASC 100, Vistaprint placed an order with him.
Upon delivery, the machine went to immediate work cleaning the factory.
