The Client

The Wangaratta Bowling Club is a fully covered lawn bowls club, located in Bowen, North QLD.

The Club has a full-sized playing surface, which is made from synthetic carpet.

The Club has a very large bowling green, as well as an attached function centre.

The Challenge

The Club was looking for a solution to clean their artificial turf. The surface was quite old and brittle, and they were looking for a cost-effective solution, to minimize the time spent cleaning the playing surface.

Despite being so far away from Brisbane, ASC made a journey to inspect the court at Bowen and recommended the ASC ME grass sweeper as the ideal solution for them.

The Solution

An ASC Eureka ME sweeper was purchased and delivered to Barry, the Manager of the club.
