Wattyl Paints Cleans Up With ASC

Client Introduction
An Australian Icon since 1915, Wattyl, has grown from humble beginnings in 1915. The company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of paints throughout Australia and NZ and continues to be a household name when it comes to paint.
The Challenge
Cleaning a paint factory is a challenging task. A lot of pigment, resin and solvent are used in the manufacturing process resulting in dusty and wet conditions. The cleaning up is of paramount importance in terms of dust control as well as aesthetics.
The Solution
Recently ASC’s Ken Pepyat was asked to consult the company and recommend a solution to keep their floors clean and dust-free. Ken recommended the ASC Eureka E 83, which had a simple drive train and was very easy to use. Seen below is the machine working.
