M10 Features
The machine is designed to be highly manoeuvrable. It also features a one-piece single chassis. This makes the vehicle easy to turn, ensuring greater operator safety, visibility, weight distribution and machine stability.
An EASY START package is standard on the machine. By pressing the EASY START button, it automatically activates all the machine functions, simplifying operation. This greatly reduces operator training time.
NO Blockage system. 99% of sweepers suffer the age-old problem of suction mouth blockages. The M10 has addressed this issue, by designing a system whereby it can lift its suction mouth up to a metre off the ground. This allows for easy removal of debris obstruction easily, without the need to lie down under the machine and risk operator forearm cuts.
A spacious, comfortable Cabin is standard. It caters for operators of different height, size and weight.
The cabin is well insulated to cope with varying outside temperatures, noise and vibration, making long shifts less tiring.
The engine has been deliberately placed in the centre of the chassis, ensuring the machine is away from dust and debris while working.
This is designed to eliminate the age-old problem of blocked radiators and overheating hydraulics, common on 99% of rear mounted engines.
Mid mounted side brooms ensure that the operators have 100% visibility while driving. This greatly increases driving safety, eliminating the distraction of the Operator looking at the ground suction brooms, while sweeping. This eliminates windscreen damage and also the prospect of running into cars and people, while sweeping.
History of the ASC M10 Footpath Sweeper Line.
The ASC M10 is an evolutionary sweeping machine that has been in production in Europe, since 1985.
It was originally launched as the model RX 918 Swinger (1985).
In 1992, upgrades were made to the suction technology of the machine, which resulted in the Model M3 (Rhonda) being launched.
In mid-2009, the Model M7 (Patrol) was launched, with major upgrades to the machine’s suspension and engine department. This was a result of Municipalities wanting 2+ hours of nonstop run time.
In 2017, the current model M10 was released with a full makeover of the cabin and the addition of easy-to-use toggle switch operation.
All being said and done, the technology of this machine has been improved and developed over the past 38 years.
The ASC M10 product is arguably the most powerful suction machine available on the world market today.
