Alcoa Willowdale is a mine site south of the rural town of Waroona. The site  and has been producing bauxite for the nearby Wagerup Alumina Refinery since 1984. The Challenge Maintaining a rail maintenece facility is quite an exercise. Not only are these facilities very large but they can get extremely dusty. These workshops have huge volumes of maintenece taking place maintaining, repairing and overhauling locomotives and carriages.
